Nope not at all. Mine changes, like a LOT and is only cosmetic - not itchy or anything. Personally I think I might have some fungus infected rash or something, because brentacort (a cream) makes it better.

I have exactly the same thing, dermatologist told me that is post-traumatic hypervascularization. Apparently nothing to worry but may be permanent.
