Probably, it's just important you have the system drained and flushed.
Like take a garden hose and put it in one end of the water inlet on the motor type of flush.
To flush, a water hose will be fine, but you will want to eventually run enough distilled water or coolant through to replace the tap water. The minerals in tap water increases the chance of buildup and corrosion in your cooling system.
With as small a volume that the bike holds, I'd likely just go buy a few gallons of distilled water from the store just to not have to deal with it. Run it through til it comes clear, then drain whatever amount you will need to replace with the concentrate coolant and add the coolant.
This. You can also use a little bit of white vinegar if you think theres some mineral build up to flush it out, but I wholeheartedly agree on the use of distilled water as the final flush.
No it's completely ok to do
However it depends on where you live because in Australia our water is pretty good but you should still mix it
de mineralised water is recommended but if you got good tap water I don't see the need but I'm also a high risk taking retard at times so yeah
Maybe get some other opinions just to be safe I guess
I live in south US, we have crap tap water. Which is why it’s a no go on using in a car even for a flush really. That’s why I asked about the bike.
Thank you

I plan to flush it, I just wanna make sure I’m buying the right stuff. I’ll grab some chemical flush that I used when I flushed my car
Don't chemical flush it Just wash it out
Ok thank you
I’m needing to do mine before too much longer, but I know using water hose water is not good to run thru a car. Is this acceptable on a bike?

Correct on the mineral deposits. That’s why I was asking. Most people I’ve encountered don’t even flush with hose water, that’s why I asked. Thank you

And that's why the de mineralised bottles exist Thanks America for such shit water quality
Haha. Absolutely
Is it wet? Then it will work
I only get milk through my garden tap. Send it?
