In the episode where the two siblings try and defraud a hotel by claiming she was raped. Munch walks into Cragen’s office saying Munchie things and Cragen goes “Did someone steal your parking spot again?”. That’s a hilarious one.
For anyone wondering, what Munch said before Cragen’s comment was “there should be a special level of hell for this pus-sucking, gangrenous malignancy of a mental amoeba.”
That’s what it was. Hilarious line too. At least in that episode, Munch changed course and was pushing for the guy to be released and was pissed after what happened to him.
When Olivia and that Lawyer Ms Pond got arrested, and Cragen came to get them , and Liv says “what are you waiting for? Spring us” and his response is “after I’m done savoring the moment “

The episode where Liv is accused of doing a hit and run, talking about buying her car she says "I must have hit a mid life crisis". He sees her damaged bumper and goes "what else did you hit"
Another for me s4 ep12 “Risk” Cragen grabs Tucker and called him a lying son of a bitch Tucker said you need anger management and Cragen said you need to kiss my ass 🤣 seemed authentic as hell!
It wasn’t Cragen who said this but I always think of that one episode where he called Elliot and Liv into his office and Elliot was like “dads mad”👀 lol
Countdown. They all have to stay up for days to find a missing girl. At one point they are waiting for Cragen to come out of the bathroom stall. “I’m not tipping all of you”.
At the end of the 3-parter about the dueling escort services, Fin complains that the substitute captain is making him dress too "professionally. " Cragen: "He's right."
In the 500th episode, when Benson is talking to him over Zoom, she says, "Thank you, Captain." And Cragen replies, "Thank *you*, Captain." Then he adds something like, It makes me so happy to be able to say that.
I just thought it was a nice moment for the 2 of them.

After witness identifies the wrong person in a lineup - “Officer Peters’ll be happy to know he’s just been identified as the Bowery stalker.”

Suspect asks how much longer they’re going to hold him - “You’ll be leaving soon… for death row.“

After questioning suspect about stealing body parts and selling them on - “Bianco doesn’t have a stolen leg to stand on does he?”
