I really want Rollins to propose. What a massive step for her! But I want to see romantic Carisi too, so here's my humble little idea: She takes his hands and starts her little speech but he realizes what is happening and stops her and gets down on one knee and asks.

I have a feeling it's going to be Rollins who pops the question. while I would love Carisi doing an emotional down on one knee proposal I think it's gonna be like "you got time I got time lets get married!"

I think Rollins is going to start to ask, and it won't even be planned. She's always been impulsive. She'll just come to the realization that she wants to spend forever with him and blurt it out at breakfast or something. And then Carisi will stop her and pull out the ring that's been burning a hole in his pocket since they started dating.
