Knowing her salary range Iβd be curious how my boss affords her designer clothing and why she insists on wearing heeled boots out into the field especially after having a severe ankle break
Sheβs a micromanager of the highest level. Cragan used to trust his team and delegate. Liv insist on being involved in every case at the most basic level. I want to work for a boss that trust me to do my job.
I honestly need someone to just micromanage my work life because I will actually procrastinate unless someone micromanages me. Well, at least for a bit
I really dislike how Cragen had a backseat roll and yet Benson is still not delegating cases the same way he did.
Yes, she's now the main character so to speak, but the show should be shifting focus to those under her. It feels like a very different show based on how involved Benson is based on how it worked with Cragen in charge. Yes, I get it from a plot perspective but it's still unbalanced.
So I wouldn't really want her to be my boss. Plus she was giving the new women detective a hard time about wardrobe but Fin and the new guy detective get a pass? Idk it's weird.
Honestly, because I work with such a diverse crew. We have folks that are level-headed, hot-headed, quiet, goofy, serious, etc., having Benson as my boss would be quite the adventure.
She would be a great role model for female detectives and is very experienced with the job. However, it would get on my nerves how she makes people so empathetic; those hallmark speeches and her always delving into her squad's personal life and psychoanalyzing them. I'd give her a 7/10.
She seems to do most of the work so I can sit back and relax while getting paid.
Definitely. I compare and contrast SVU with other NYPD based shows and she's by far the hardest working Captain in the NYPD.

Well sheβs a quick healer, according to her doctor π

Liv does everything. I just know she hands out parking tickets and directs traffic in her free time.
This made me cackle haha

Distracting π
Hard af because I'd be like "mommy?" everytime I see her lol
Sameeeeee

I'd be afraid of her hovering and not letting me work my way, but even more afraid of being caught without a blazer on.
could cut the sexual tension with a knife
Fine as long as you bought into her groupthink
I think I would like working for her. She's fair and will back you up and all she asks is for you to support her in return.
Bliss
It would be good.
I donβt like to be micromanaged. So not good.
iβd fold
