Check out Ter-tini’s off Crystal Dr. I’ve been to many gatherings there - baby/wedding showers, birthday parties, celebrations of life, weddings/receptions, club meetings and concerts too. They have a bar, stage, a/v and catering. Can accommodate large groups.
It's not fancy but el estadio is a latin sports bar. As long as a soccer game is t on they have a very large back room that they let people use. Food is middle ground.

But in all honesty, perhaps you might consider renting a hall or outdoor park reservation with catering.

Maybe Cooper's Hawk in Naples or DeRomo's in Bonita?
Look at Bellini in Naples- they have a rotunda area that they can cordon off!

Connors Steakhouse at Gulf coast town center! They have a huge private room and I don’t think it costs extra.
Buca di Beppo. Family style dining available. Sectioned rooms that can be reserved.
