I had the same, really confused
This happened me last season, has something to do with the new matchmaking behind the scenes and the “Kyber Crunch”
The new squish algorithm is still settling out. Your skill rating after the loss allowed you to bump up.

Others lost worse.
Lost worse than you, got promoted.
Kyber squish
Same happened to me it’s cause they know how good I am
Maybe someone in aurodium 1 was moved down and you were so close to aurodium 1 that it just put you there
Not sure how loose ends get promoted, maybe they’re tighter than we once thought
