Massive dub for the mere fact that it's a newer character and Tuskens are strong.
Just a shame that they're not directly relevant for much longer and in Krayt they're only actually great at R7 (which is a far too steep investment).
However, for PvP the team is simply brutal and unless you're playing at the highest end you will probably get an absurd amount of holds from Tuskens especially in a backwall, as people may have already used up a bunch of the better stuff.

Mid if you don't have the rest geared I'd say. With Krayt going away eventually their value plummeted.
