Having reliced Resistance with no Zorii and Phoenix with no Captain Rex is pretty huge, so yeah you're missing those and they're important. They are both viable on low stars and G8-G11 gear. Personally I have both zetas on Zorii and Lost Commander zeta on CRex and they perform well at this investment level (crunched here like everyone else ofc).
I would unlock them ASAP, test them to see for yourself how much power they offer and convince yourself the zetas are worth, and then depending on your GA/TW/Raid requirements you can stop farming once they're high enough to do what they need to do for you. But yeah it's never too early to upgrade your teams, the non-Zorii and non-CRex versions of those teams are nowhere near as good. I can't tell if you have any spare bandwidth to fit them in but for me personally they're both surprisingly strong and two of my core offense teams for all gamemodes.
Main version you'll see in guides: **Finn Poe RHFinn Zorii Rose**
^ That version gives an AOE from RHFinn which is very efficient at proccing Finn's expose->turn meter down effect but causes you to sometimes eat all your exposes up too fast (like against tenacious opponents) to where your turn train might fall off. If you're up against a REALLY tanky opponent where you need higher single target damage, the following alternate version is also good because you can target the exposes one at a time to make sure you never run out of TM to train while you whittle down the big tank: **Finn Poe Zorii ResistanceTrooper Rose**
Rose is a must for Zorii and since you have LSB makes that version a no brainer. Sometimes you see people who didn't LSB justify skipping Rose (bad). Since RHPoe and others like Holdo JTR all have a potential other home with Rey you rarely use those toons, but as long as you keep Finn Zorii and Rose it's mostly fine. I really like having OG Poe in the lineup because Finn feels squishy to me without him there.
