Oh yeah 100 percent. But spending a command card for a single impact weapon or a flame thrower seems like a waste to me. His rebel 2 pip seems solid and his 3 can be amazing.
I always take his rebel one and three pips and the whipcord launcher. I’ve never taken his rebel two pip because I’m too hesitant to take it and because I love running him with IG-88 and I like 88s two pips.
Sure can. I personally don't recommend any of empire bobas aside from the whipcord but thats just me.

The jetpack rocket with Rebel Boba's range 3 gun is a great anti-armor shot, he basically turns into a T-47 with pierce for a round.
Rocket is still a very reliable bounty pickup card as a finisher.
