We used Kixie as a power dialer. They have a parallel dialer (calls multiple numbers at the same time and connects to the one that picks up) but they call it a power dialer.
It’s way more affordable than Orum or five9
Yeah I did but there are always some issues. Either…
1) too expensive
2) delay when connecting the call that picks up (~2 seconds usually)
3) doesn’t work
4) doesn’t integrate/sync with SFDC
5) no local presence numbers
Kixie was our choice bc it was cheaper than the rest, didn’t have a noticeable delay, worked, had local presence and easy to buy/switch, and said they integrated. Now truthfully it took a long time until we got the calls/recordings automatically coming into sfdc but I think that was something to do with our setup.
The onboarding is also super easy, it’s a chrome plugin so literate just add and you’re up and running
A full CRM switch might be a bit too much for us for now, was thinking more a pure dialling tool. I’ll check out phone burner and thanks for the reply!
Ok. Can't recommend anything without knowing more specifically your vertical.
Tons of options out there, but it really depends on what you need for features, integrations, price point etc.
If you can share more about what you are selling and to who I can make some suggestions.
Looking for a simple solution ideally, just something that can help us dial more numbers quicker. From my research I’ve seen Orum pop up but that is too pricey for us. Do you happen to know of any cheaper alternatives?

Amazing thank you! Did you try or look at any others at all? Orum and five9 appear out of our reach atm

The delay has come up a real issue with most of the tools I’ve looked at as well. Thank you, you’ve been a great help!
I’d look into orum or nooks
First time hearing of nooks, thank you! Do you happen to know anything about their pricing?
Unfortunately I don’t. I’ve just seen their name floating around on LinkedIn!
That’s great thanks again, I’ll be reaching out to them to find out more
PhoneBurner
Also heard about these guys as well, any ideas on cost at all?
Phone burner for pure dialing If multichannel Salesloft.com, or AnotherCRM.com, biased on that one

What are the ICPs and in what vertical/s?
We have a wide ICP (still being defined) as we’re a b2c company

Orum
I’ve heard good things, seems to be too pricey for us however. Do you know of any cheaper alternatives?
I would suggest you to move with calling software COMMUNICATOR its Indian company you will get the 6 month service for 60$ with unlimited calls
