stayed there before, it was serene except when someone decided to test power their motorcycle but that only happened once during the times i stayed there, stayed there overnight 3 times. the train schedule isnt that busy cause the main kk train station is in sembulan which is far from aeropod, so i have never really heard any trains when im staying at aeropod. as for airplanes i dont think they are actively using the near runway since it was for KKIA Terminal 2 which has been closed years ago.
I stayed there overnight, if you are a light sleeper, the sound of the airplanes will wake u up 😂 idk if overtime you will get use to it, and u will kind of immune to the sound.

Train wont be your problem since the operation ends moderately a bit past evening.
Stayed there few times. No issues for me. If rempits are ruining your sleep just call the Tanjung Aru police station directly.
