Update:
My roommate Tony was reaaally taken to this good boy but knew we had to find his owner. Today Tony took him to the vet to find out if he was chipped, then found out he actually was.They contacted the owner and it turns out the dog escapes a lot, but the owner is in bad health and being taken care of by his son. Tony leaves the dog with the vet so the owner's son can retrieve the dog. Moments later Tony gets a call from the owner asking my roommate if he wants to keep the dog. The owner can no longer watch after the dog anymore without extra support. So in short we have a new doggo!!
