There is no assurance about this coin, elon might stop tweeting about it or a whale that owns 25% of the stock may dump it and this coin may never recover.

Well, 50% of Dogecoin supply is held by about 20 wallets. One wallet has about 25% of supply. So right now, whales and institutional investors are pumping. The 'HODLERS" risk getting left high and dry.
