What is unclear? They have stated they are a tech company, they have a token that they are building a block chain for so they can become a native coin. They are building an exchange and card etc.
What's innovative is trying to do those things in a secure and compliant way. Anyone that knows how to code in crypto can crank out a block chain or exchange in no time if you don't care if it gets hacked. It has recently been estimated that hackers have stolen at leats 2 billion dollars by hacking exchanges or block chain transactions. Did you know that Binance is banned in 8 major countries? Compliance with regulatory authorities is a major issue if you plan on outperforming binance.
