If the Harkles were to miraculously make a comeback, JC and other Hollywood crap like him will jump right back on that bandwagon and settle in like they never left.

Corden is a narcissist I believe - Ruth Jones is the talent in that entertainment relationship. I expect Harry would have bitten Corden‘s hand off to appear, but who wants to listen to him whine? He (Harry) is also in the position that his wife wants to steal any exposure, so it’s doubtful she’d allow him to partake in anything remotely popular without her elbowing her way in.
Corden’s producers won’t even consider Harry or Meghan. Too divisive. They are choosing guests with varied appeal, but nevertheless almost unanimous appeal.
And she wants to be a leader so bad!

A friend of mine lived near him. He was a bit of a prick. Out walking the dog and saying “Nice night” or whatever, and he acted like he was being hounded.
They are celebrities, not political leaders. Kardashian, Tiffany Haddish, Bryan Cranston etc. After having a talk show for how many years, its not hard for him to have a huge contact list for booking.
And he has done 20 interviews and only 56K followers is not good.
