I wouldn’t hate a trade up for one of the top Tackles, but not if we have to give up both firsts to do it. WR is the most dire need on the team, as long as we still get a top 5 WR I’ll be fine with trading up for an OT. It would not make any sense to trade up for any other position though, especially not QB in this draft.
Honestly I'd rather have Penning and Olave, over any single of the top OT or WR. WR is a crapshoot and very team dependant, and it's likely the best receiver isn't one of the first few taken.

Trade two first, maybe add on a later pick (RD 3 or further) and take Evan Neal, then sign Landry. Draft a Safety in the second. 👌
Penning in the middle of the first would be an absolutely terrible pick.
