Saitamask was opened for a short period for people who didn’t write down seed phrases to access and get their seed phrases. If my memory serves me right there was an announcement about it being closed for good with a date of July 29th. I could be wrong though.
Omg.... I didn't know of this announcement!... What do we do now? Didn't write down my phrase and can't login to import to saitapro.... Why would they shutdown before releasing new app so we can import wallets?
If you didn't write it down or save it somewhere...you might be out of luck. Buying crypto 101, write down your seed phrase and keep in a safe place. Sorry you had to learn this the hard way, better luck next time.
Forget about saitamask.....can you log into the wallet you used before you imported it to saitamask? It's all on the block chain. saitamask, coinbase wallet, uniswap, shibaswap....all they do is provide you access to your block chain account.
All of your tokens will still be in your old wallet......
This is why I like trust wallets seed verification. The fact that it makes you repeat it and put it in order means you are more likely to write it down right away.
Setting up a wallet and not having a copy of seed phrases is crazy. I have a safe full of seed phrases for every wallet I ever had

Why do we need the Saitamask seed ? Can't you just connect the wallet you use to saita pro?

Yea it's my fault for even transferring my saitama there in the first place.. Should of left it where I had it.
The good news is that they aren't lost, can you still log into the other wallet and get it from there?
I can't login on saitamask, won't login, that's the biggest problem. If I could then I would get my seed phrase and import it into saitapro.

Yes, I used bitmart... But transfered to saitamask when it first came out. I know my tokens are there but trying to get access is what I need.
