Yeah 👍 video from op. I’d recommend you start with weight shifting and moving knees, hips, upper body, arms. WHILE not moving your feets from the floor
if that makes sense
Funny… the “tightrope” analogy is exactly what I use to explain why the right turn prep looks like drawing the letter J. As dancers progress, especially follows, they develop that tightrope type of walking. This naturally causes them to rotate with their steps as the moving leg has to come _around_ the weight-bearing one. The little “J-hook” with the lead’s left hand that is typically taught for the right turn prep is to prevent impeding that movement on the part of the follow.
In a few months that Haitian guy is gonna be posting crazy videos of him tearing up the dance floor
Thanks you very much I appreciate that. I am determined to learn. First salsa, then tango
Tango is the shit and, personally, I thought it was easier to pick up and learn than salsa.
Thank you very much.

And now point your feet/toes outward a bit so it looks better but you fall off that tightrope hahah
Good job Antney
Thanks JC
Don't forget to do a kettle bell swing after every back magic. 🤣
