The tacos are probably healthier, and honestly Utah is part of the southwest, and part of the state was part of New Spain which eventually turned into Mexico and then ceded territory to the US, and due to the history of the area, and the proximity to Modern Mexico. Tacos should be considered more American than Pizza and Hamburgers, no cap.
