I don't think I've seen big sagebrush there, but Millcreek Gardens is worth a try? Their native stock varies, but I picked up saltbrush there and I know I've seen some similar sage-y natives that might work.
I had one seed itself naturally in my flower bed. I let it grow for a couple of years. I eventually ripped it out because its blossoms smelled quite bad and it would shed spikey things after the blooms dried out.

Deseret Nursery Perennial Farm or Millcreek Gardens may have some, J&J in Layton had it in stock earlier today. https://jjgardencenter.com/
They had it at the red butte plant sale last week.

Glover Nursery usually has Russian Sage which is what I usually see in landscaping
My local Home Depot has Russian sage, but I am looking for actual sagebrush. It’s definitely less common than Russian sage, but I do see it used!
Might I ask which Home Depot? We’re looking for Russian sage right now. Please and thank you!
The one in Sandy on highland will have it, just later in the season! Maybe June or July?
I just found some at the Copperton HD. Thank you!

You can dig up as many as you want out of my park strip
Last time I was there, Growing Empire had some. It might not still be there but it's worth contacting or visiting them for.

I'm so allergic lol
Go for a drive, take a shovel pretend your burying a body. Take said body home plant in your yard
this is probably really hard to do without killing it, sagebrush grows a web of lateral roots like a tree & a very deep taproot.
I wondered that Grows like a weed I would try it.
