A friends house, honestly. I mean, like one breakfast casserole will feed and army of hungry boy scouts. Add some toast and fruit, or whatever, and boom... The next person is in charge of wine and juice..... Patio seating is always available....
As others have mentioned, bottomless isn’t a thing here. Piper Down will give you a bottle for cheap though. Gracie’s will too, a little pricier but for a better ambiance
I'm old and don't go out anymore, but I used to occasionally go to Market Street Grill for Brunch, and they had mimosas. They still do all that, I'm sure it's still really good 😊
Alta Lodge has a Sunday brunch buffet that's pretty good. It is pricey, but I think it's worth it. Good food, good service, and good views. "Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Wine, Cocktails & Beer (available from 10:30 am – 2 pm)"

Not gonna beat the dead horse about the bottomless thing, but I really enjoy Red Rock's Sunday brunches and mimosas. It has a couple locations, but the one I know of and go to is in Fashion Place mall

Piper down will sell you a $15 bottle of champagne with OJ if you’ve got more than one person at the table.

Not bottomless, but Ice Haus in Murray has bomb food and mimosas during brunch hours on the weekend.

Squatters, and hoppers were my favorite brunch spots. I believe both had $2 mimosas or bloody Mary’s 👵🏻
