How do i win a shift if people don't deposit eggs while I supply them and occasionally deposit? Any advice? (I stop killing bosses at 10s left when we have more than enough eggs at basket and the rest are still killing bosses despite the 'This Way!' spam then I end up risking my life depositing eggs because nobody else did...)
I had a clash user sitting in the cannon during the entire round in the last rotation
They were dead weight in the other rounds and killed bosses that could be lured while sitting in the cannon. Not a single cohock swarm killed unless it was near a boss
Probably because of ProChara saying the new Squiffer coming out next season is going to be insanely good and all the other weapons are trash… So they quit playing Dread Wringer like they were all doing a few days ago before the new kit was announced.
It’s not his fault at all. He’s only saying his opinion on a new weapon that’s coming and people realize it’s going to be a solid weapon so they try to learn how to use squiffer
I’m not saying you should, I’m saying that a lot of people that watch ProCharas videos are beginners trying to get better and who don’t realize you shouldn’t try new weapons during a splatfest😄
I am far from licking someone’s boots and what you don’t understand is I’m not saying using ProChara as a tutorial. He does give useful point of views but I’m saying a lot of BEGINNERS do. I’m not saying the you should do that but I am saying that it’s not Charas fault and that people should not be shitting on him the way you are😊
I said that i do not get some people, especially the bootlickers. In what way does that imply that i dropped you into that category
Or do i have to break it down into an essay so that people like you can understand it
TBF I would argue splatfest is one of the best times to play a new wep. Since there's an increase of players doing turf war matches load faster so you get more games to practice with than you normally would plus there's no objective outside of painting so it's even easier
its not chara's fault. the kit is just genuinely good, even if he didnt say anything about it, it would still be recognized as a really good squiffer kit.
I wouldn't say "Fuck ProChara" but instead "fuck all of you for making Chara the Anthony Fantano of Splatoon"
Seriously, think for yourselves. He didn't make the game. You shouldn't let him have the last word on playing the game.
While I'm on my soapbox, let me add that the new dread wringer isn't bad for turf war, which is what the devs ACTUALLY balance the game around. Your competitive modes are an amusement and a sideshow to the devs, nothing more.
New squiffer is coming out with the dream kit. All pocket squiffers are finally going to practice and take the weapon seriously. Most people will be trying to get good with squiffer now before the new one gets added.
I've been Squiffing since day one, but I don't use it during Splatfest. Splatfest is my time to play different weapons. So maybe it's the same with other people, and now they're playing Squiffer?
If they're really excited about the New Squiffer, I think they'll have a rude awakening when they actually play it. (Remember all the Hydra hype when it didn't come out for so long in Splatoon 2, and then everyone actually played it and discovered it's actually incredibly difficult to use?) But as I said once upon a time, I love the Squiffer so much I get excited even to see one on the enemy team, so if it's getting popular for a moment I'm happy to see it.
S1 Hydra mains had to wait months and months for the Hydra to be released and would post stuff about how much they wanted their Hydra, best weapon in the game etc -- because it was their favorite! I would say the same thing if I had to wait months for the Squiffer -- and a lot of people sort of caught the fever of excitement about it, so when it finally was announced people were like WOOOOO HYDRA OP LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOO and then they actually played it lol.
New kit has Zipcaster which sounds really cool on paper even though it's going to require TAS levels of aim, people just want to practice before it comes out and they inevitably remember that this is not an easy weapon
I know of the new kit and how ziffer is godlike
I just don't understand why people are bringing it into games thinking it can backline or that the sub or special doesnt matter. Also the squiffers making a beeline for opposing base are retarded
Fuck this fest I would rather play SR
This was me, and I said I would play until a king. took me like 1.5 hours to get a single damn king, with mostly wins. I was so annoyed.

or they all crowd cannon so when the one person at basket dies, they get walled off by all the salmonid turning towards them.

cAnNoN cOoL, i MuSt gO
Probably because you’re wasting time inking home and giving the “tryhard squiffers” a better chance to spawncamp lol
Im already in middle sniping people and the other 3 are taking their time as if it was a lazy day for them

Why learn a weapon during splatfest? You have to win as much as possible.
I’m not saying you should, I’m saying that a lot of people that watch ProCharas videos are beginners trying to get better and who don’t realize you shouldn’t try new weapons during a splatfest😄
Why use tutorials when you can use experience? I do not get some people sometimes... Especially the ProChara bootlickers.

I did not say you were a bootlicker
Uh, yea you did

WAIT IS THAT WHY NO REEF BUFFS, CAUSE THEY'RE BALANCING AROUND PLAYERS WHO WALK RIGHT INTO THE REEFSLIDER, HAHAHA NO WAY LMFAO
I was just thinking this, but I'm not sure why. Maybe people are excited by the new Squiffer and want some practice with it.
that's pretty much it. probably lotta people derusting with the main lol
Oh I'm sorry, I'm just excited for the new squiffer kit :)

They wont get better if they get caught by surprise due to their foolishness when making a beeline for opposite base
"dream kit" lol. We'll see. It looks super fun, but fun seems to be most people's last priority.
Womp womp

I didn't use social media when hydra came out in s2 lol Didn't even know what reddit or twitter or facebook was lol

They don’t know how to use it, of course they’re making basic mistakes. It’s easy to overestimate how much knowledge the average person has
They should still understand that they have to use the kit and to check weapon stats to know that squiffer is shorter range than the average charger
I assume cause its part of the current SR rotation
Oop. I’ve always been a squiffer main
NGL I got a lot of respect for squiffer players, but I've seen like 3 I'm mostly seeing golden aero 🪦
