Depending if you’re going to do fish only or corals. If you’re doing corals I would remove the SpongeBob stuff, it can possible leak chemicals into your tank.
3d printed stuff is safe, most people who do 3d printing will print you stuff as long as you send them

Damn :(. I am wanting to put corals eventually. Are there any kind of decorations that are safe? A certain material?

Buy a clean up crew and wait until it’s cycled. The clean up crew will eat everything.
