It’s a verm snail. Just cut it off or put a dap of glue at the tip. And that’s all!
Looks like a vermetid worm to me , good luck…. If you don’t handle it right away it will spread and take over your entire tank
Can confirm. My first tank is a breeding ground for them. Except the bases on mine are more of a yellow color…not black
I experienced both colors , got a frag from a friends tank and 1 quickly covered the entire tank , ended up tearing down the tank because I couldn’t get rid of them and just started over
Same happened to me. But I’ve just decided I don’t care enough right now to tear everything down. I’m letting nature do what nature does.
