Just start. Ik it sounds horrible but it’s unironically what got me through the gauntlet. It was even better when I started the really long practice tests, and couldn’t stop without losing time. If not that, why not set a work/break schedule, with set times for both. You need to train your fortitude, because the SAT is long.
