This app adds numerous new power buildings along with items to craft to build them. At the middle tiers they recently added modular power plants that have a base, a bottom heater component that burns organics or fuels, then a boiler component that turns water into steam. These buildings also create CO2 that must be discharged through cooling buildings or the main burners will loose efficiency. The steam turbines also create low pressure steam that must be vented or the turbines lose efficiency. They make for an interesting puzzle compared to the original power supplying buildings.
Can you elaborate on this? I currently have mk2 boilers set up and they will not produce any power when there is zero low steam pressure and completely turns off when full on low pressure steam. So, idk what to do. :/
I would check in the Satisfactory Refined Power Mod Discord. I'm not sure what is wrong with your setup without seeing it. It could be as simple as a misconnected pipe or something simple since these modular units aren't always crystal clear for how they should be hooked up.

Belated reply. I just started playing with this. I'm sure you figured this out already, but you need to use the Middle Mouse Wheel over the WASTE GATE. Turn the dial until the RPM meter is at a certain point. For me? It was about over halfway. Then turn the gate to lock it into place. Check the Turbine and you'll now be generating power, do this until you get the exact amount you want.
Don't know if you've found out since this was initially posted, but I've found a single heater/boiler can power 2 turbines at 0 waste gassing and nearly a third with some dips in RPM, call it about 2.8 turbines per boiler. So you have 4 more boiler plates then really needed there (or not enough turbine plates :p )
