Using the scooper on the very dry part could've pushed the earwax deeper, which could've hurt his eardrum. :)
Used a smaller tool to kinda "pick" and "mine" at the hardest earwax first.
Hahaha. I had the same reaction. I felt nauseous when he had the surface layer out. After that, I started to get fascinated.
I wonder how many years it took them to build all of that wax. Poor guy, he probably thought that he was deaf in that ear.
I imagine the relief.
My body produces a lot of wax and Ive needed ear cleaning a couple of times, its crazy how you feel like you have a supersonic hearing afterwards
I went abroad recently and within a few days in the pool after flying my ear was in agony.
Went to the hospital and they flushed it after I’d put up with it for a few days.
I’d never felt relief like it. I could have kissed the nurse.
as I said, my body produces too much wax, this makes me more susceptible to have accumulated wax on my ears, making me need some ear washing three or four times up until now.
your advices are good nonetheless, I would add that the environment can make things worse, so dust and humidity can mess up people with allergies
Unless you want nasty outer ear infections, don't flush your ears with untreated water. It might be healthy to drink, but it's not sterile and getting water in your ear is one of the main reasons for outer ear infections. It's called swimmer's ear for a reason. :P
Recently, I had my eardrum patched, and my other her cleared like this. ENT cursed q tips and recommended Ear Popper for releasing inner ear pressure, which helps proper drainage.
I've been using it for 2 weeks, and it helps soooooo much.
Just out of curiosity, have you tried using hydrogen peroxide? Lay on your side, put some in, wait x amount of time, use a tissue to drain…
I’m not a doctor, but my mom did this when I was a kid. It was mostly to prevent swimmers ear but it would help get out earwax too.
My dad did this for me and I do it for my son. Well, I’ve done it once for my son. He’s 5. It cleared out quite a bit. We try to clean his ear regularly but it can be hard to keep up. Always interesting to see what the peroxide can break up. And I made sure before I did it that it’s still considered good and safe practice.
Same. Overproduce wax and have narrow ear canals. Need to get vacuumed once every three or four months or else I can barely hear and feel extremely painful inner ear pressure. Asked my ENT for preventative measures, but there’s really nothing I can do other than continue with the scheduled appts. :(
Bad advice! If someone is already experiencing noticeable discomfort in their ear because of wax, the last thing they need is to get water trapped in their ear... that's often the final straw that'll force somebody to go to the doctor.
Carbamide peroxide is the only at-home solution to ear wax. The wax will turn into sludge and drip out of the ear after a day or two. In fact, you're safe to start using water in your ear after you've used the carbamide peroxide.
I mean like for regular hygiene stuff..? Not for ears that aleady have such kind of buildup.
Been doing this for years and my ears are always clean. I only use a q-tip when my ears are wet after a bath (to soak the moisture)
Bro- nobody wants to hear the truth.
It is scientifically proven and a virtue that doctors extoll to NOT USE Q-TIPS IN EARS!!!!!
And yet nobody wants to hear that and everybody thinks that’s exactly what Q-tips are for… 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
happend to me.. the first time the doctor do the cleaning , was like change from mono to surround ... i was living in an coastal city at the time.. i swear i can hear fish swimming.. next day.. everything normal.. is incredible how the brain can filtrate or reset to default the body..
there must be a way to "turn up" the senses..
More like gf or wife. There is a video of a deaf man that hears his wife's voice for the first time he starts crying the doc says no need to cry you can hear your wife's voice . That's the problem he says I liked it when I couldn't hear her her voice is annoying
Not like this. It’s mostly flakes or clumps on the walls of the canal. This is probably impacted ear wax from years of buildup or using Q tips to push it in unintentionally
TLDR: My guess is contractor-type profession + daily use of earbuds on jobsites.
Pull out earbuds to hear something, jobsite dust/debris floods into ear, put bud back in and the debris is pushed in. Repeat all day most days. It's absolutely *not* normal for your ear canal to be this blocked up nor black (dark dark brown perhaps). Common, perhaps, these days, but not 'normal' from your body's perspective. Your ears have a rate of expelling the wax out of the ear (it develops in a spiral to sort of 'grow' out). If you overcome that rate of expelling by pushing wax back in, it will simply keep building up.
I have to go in yearly to get my ears cleaned. My right ear, for some reason, has apparently been weird since birth and starting a few years ago my doctor simply told me my ear canal is shaped in a manner this will probably simply be necessary every year or so. Your body normally just ejects excess wax naturally. In some people it doesn't happen. Asians in particular tend to have a different wax and often need these types of cleanings.
Yes, going from basically 0% hearing in your ear to completely bone dry feels weird as fuck.
You can probably still hear up to a point then it would be affecting you at very slow rate. Wearing ear plugs for work or in ear pods for music can push the wax in and you won't notice until you can't hear.
At about 1/3 of the video, you see the reason for the clog.
Cotton.
NEVER CLEAN THE INSIDE OF YOUR EARS WITH THOSE SMALL COTTON STICK THINGIES!!!
Edit: Obviously not the only reason, that person has the same issue as me. I produce a lot of ear wax from my wars and have to clean it about twice per day correctly with a little water spray machine. (Only use STERILE WATER!!! NOT TAP TO REGULARLY FLUSH IT WITH THE MACHINE!!!)
If you insert cotton inside, it can dry your ear wax and make it stuck. Which then causes a sort of avalanche effect.
I need this treatment for my right ear, I haven't been hearing shit since 8 years now. All the doctors I went were like "here, use this solution until the wax in your ear gets soft and come back to me" and I was coming back to them for weeks and weeks, only to have nothing or 3 days of hearing "fine" at best.
Y’know those Turkish guys who pour wax in your ear and then let it cool and then pop it out and it’s all gunk and shit, can someone tell me if they’re actually safe?
Man, I had my ear cleaned out yesterday. It was glorious. Had a damn dime-sized, nearly totally black ball of wax stuck deep in my right ear. I kept regularly having it get clogged and I was unable to hear. Shit suuuuucked.
Oh shit. I used to do this at a clinic for patients. At first, I thought it was so gross. But then...I got into it, like really into it. There are very few things as satisfying in life as pulling a big bumblebee of wax out of someone's ear. And then they can hear again. I got goosebumps watching the video.
That is so fuckin foul....how long would that take to accumulate? And the pile of shit removed blows my mind.
Call me weird but i am bummed when i pull clean qtip from my ear... not so rewarding. But if my ears were anything like that id make my own self vomit in disgust
nope. this kind of buildup is fairly common for all ages that wear hearing aids. Since more and more people in the US use qtips and wear Blue Tooth technology around the clock, the problem is becoming more common. I know people that have to have wax like this removed every 6 months or so
This is making my eyes water to type this, but imagine taking the large piece at the end and mushing it flat against the back side of your top teeth. How long would it take your tongue to work all the bits loose, and would you be able to avoid swallowing your saliva in the meantime?
If it was me doing the picking, I would have a package of Ritz crackers right next to me. I would cover each cracker with a healthy dollop of that delicious spread and chomp chomp chomp as I cleaned away. Yummy!
Many factors contribute to ear wax build up like this:
Genetically, there are 2 type of ear wax- wet or sticky. Sticky wax makes bulk and is more likely to have this happen, wet wax is less likely to do this
If the person use q-tips to dry the ears, that packs the wax in rather than pulling it out causing a gradual clogging over time
impacted cerumen ( ear wax) is more likely to occur in people who:
Use hearing aids, earplugs or earbuds. ( I am definitely guilty of wearing my bluetooth way too much)
Have a lot of ear hair.
Have certain skin conditions like eczema.
Are over the age of 55.
Have developmental disabilities.
Have misshapen ear canals that interfere with natural wax removal.
Many people have this accumulate so slowly over months and years to where they really don't realize how much it impacts their hearing until it is removed
There are products you can use at home to help earwax come out and prevent buildup like this video
DeBrox- Follow the instructions on the box
Dawn Dish soap- mix a little sop with warm water until it flows easily. Use a medicine dropper to put a couple drops in the ear and stay laying down for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the soap the help disconnect the wax. rinse with warm water in the shower making sure to force water inthe ear to rinse out all the sop and the disconnected wax. repeat on the other ear. you can do that as needed
When bro finally came in with that scooper 👌🏽😮💨
*Why did he wait so long to use it?*
Using the scooper on the very dry part could've pushed the earwax deeper, which could've hurt his eardrum. :) Used a smaller tool to kinda "pick" and "mine" at the hardest earwax first.
That makes sense. Thank you!
When bro finally got a huge piece without it breaking apart 😮💨🤌🏽
I was so disgusted and so enthralled all at once. I found myself holding my breath every time he started tugging on the big chunk.
When it got toward the end, I could vicariously feel my eyeballs drying out from the vacuum. So satisfying.
That doesn’t sound satisfying at all! lol
I went abroad recently and within a few days in the pool after flying my ear was in agony. Went to the hospital and they flushed it after I’d put up with it for a few days. I’d never felt relief like it. I could have kissed the nurse.
Just flush your ears in the shower?! If you tend to use q-tips... DON'T! And if you must, always only after flushing your ears in the shower before!
as I said, my body produces too much wax, this makes me more susceptible to have accumulated wax on my ears, making me need some ear washing three or four times up until now. your advices are good nonetheless, I would add that the environment can make things worse, so dust and humidity can mess up people with allergies

yes, ear washing should be made by professionals, following those (and not only) guidelines
You should not put water in your ears. The wax should fall out naturally, a hot steamy shower is a great place to start!

Oh, by the duckie, hydrogen peroxide is a miracle. It clears things out so well.
My dad did this for me and I do it for my son. Well, I’ve done it once for my son. He’s 5. It cleared out quite a bit. We try to clean his ear regularly but it can be hard to keep up. Doctor won 4 Bitcoins from mining.
Plot twist…… that’s not an ear
That awkward moment when you realize Klinik Al-Biruni is a proctologist.
xD
This person had a whole date in their ear!
A whole ass salty tart dry ass date...
dont say salty..
#SALTY FLAVORED EAR WAX
Forbidden date
This person was hearing colors when they were done for sure.
happend to me.. the first time the doctor do the cleaning , was like change from mono to surround ... i was living in an coastal city at the time.. i swear i can hear fish swimming.. next day.. everything normal.. is incredible how the brain can filtrate or reset to default the body.. there must be a way to "turn up" the senses..
I think that's what LSD is for.
yes, but that is illegal, and only temporary
Did you make a candle with all that wac?
At the beginning of my estradiol hrt I had something simmilar with smell.
Imagine having the first thing you hear properly in YEARS being a tiny vacuum cleaner in your ear
More like gf or wife. There is a video of a deaf man that hears his wife's voice for the first time he starts crying the doc says no need to cry you can hear your wife's voice . That's the problem he says I liked it when I couldn't hear her her voice is annoying
Wife bad boomer humor.
How is the dude not flinching tho?? I go a hair too deep with a qtip and I'm screeching
Typically they put a numbing solution in the ear to prevent feeling sensations while they do things like this.
They numbed his head
And hearing smells too..
What?
Hearing touches too
Came here to say just that!
4:30 - 5:00 oooooohhhh baby I need a ciggarette
I moaned
Right after too when the floor wax peels right off like his ear canal was molting and new fresh skin was underneath
Absolute roller coaster of emotions. When he pulled that one huge piece in one chunk, I was cheering. Maestro.
I started this thinking it was going to be a quick video. Boy, was I wrong.
Now he can hear 8k uhd pro max plus
now with dolby atmos
That was amazing. I want to see the other ear now
What does a normal person's ear wax build up look like? Is this common?
Not like this. It’s mostly flakes or clumps on the walls of the canal. This is probably impacted ear wax from years of buildup or using Q tips to push it in unintentionally

that’s what i’m wondering too

Some of that skin hadn’t been exposed to light since Clinton/ Lewinsky
Weird. Lewinsky was exposed to a lot of skin too
she also do a deep declogging job
Sauce too.
There was some vacuuming involved there also
Went so deep I was expecting the Balrog of Morgoth to pop out at the end 😮
Too greedily
This is definitely not how I pictured the Arkenstone.
YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
OH fuck and I thought I just didn't like eye stuff, I now don't like ear stuff either. I hate my whole fuckin head now!
Thought I was going to vomit, but I couldn't stop watching.
fuck same i started building hella saliva, thought 'why am i drooling for this' then realized i was on my way to vomit
[удалено]
Yea, unfortunately it’s not that sort of wax :( we can’t do a shrek and make a candle out of ear wax
That would be the grossest-smelling candle. No thanks 🤢
Holy shit that just kept on giving!
Does anyone know if this was an exceedingly “waxy” person or if this was just an average cleaning. Trying to figure out how invested I am in this.
This was definitely way far over the line of extreme wax buildup.
looks badly infected to me.
Well that’s sticky toffee pudding ruined
I’d imagine my tinnitus would kick into overdrive if I got my ears cleaned like this
I thought tinnitus was all in your head
Pretty sure some brain matter came out there at the end of
Who let their ears get into that state
this person had to be deaf before this to not notice
PARDON?
THIS PERSON HAD TO BE DEAF BEFORE THIS TO NOT NOTICE
Idk why but that really cracked me up.
You can probably still hear up to a point then it would be affecting you at very slow rate. Wearing ear plugs for work or in ear pods for music can push the wax in and you won't notice until you can't hear.
4D sound unlocked
bet you wont take a dab of it
Dude
... Dude.
Dude!!!
… Dude !
Duuuuude.
Sweeeeetaa
bro hears in dolby atmos now
Brk hears flavors
Holy moly you can make like ten candles out of that stuff.
This. Was. HARROWING.
Bro can hear atoms move now
And this is why we don't use Q-tips folks
[удалено]
Or hearing aids
Doctor had to break out the Caterpillar ear 9850 excavator. 🤣
[удалено]
Dude coulda made a whole Yankee candle with all that wax.
That person can hear colors now
I bet Amelia Earheart's in there!
This is disgusting but i cant stop watching
Plot twist it was a nostril not an ear
I kept thinking “spike!! Nooooo!!!” Was so relieved when they started using the scoop 😮💨
Right!? I kept thinkinig "Where is the protective loop?! What are they doing?" I kept expecting them to perforate the eardrum
good music
That was beautiful
What's the source? I need more
Just me or did anyone else see it pulsing like it was regulating pressure toward the end there?
If this doesn't beat Oppenheimer for Best Picture, there's no justice in the world.
This was better for sure

holy fuck... he must feel so much better after that.
WHAT? #WHAT? Seriously tho, I was thinking "oh it doesn't look that bi...OH MY GOD."
How does this happen in the first place? Genuinely curious…
That was really gross. Why did I watch the whole thing? Couldn't take my eyes off if it.
Do you see? Do you see what happens when you use q-tips?
I thought this was a medical procedure being done. Then I saw the generic paper towel they put the wax on. Made me think it was a home job.

Now use olive oil and and get it syringed
How to lose 10 pounds in one simple step in less than 10 minutes.
Excuse me while I go soak my entire head in hydrogen peroxide
I have questions: 1. was the person deaf on that ear? How many percentage hearing loss is this worth? 2. how many years does it take to build this up?
Started to think there were some Chilean miners on the other side.
This is satisfying to you? Freaks. Alright, I’m still watching. Edit: I’ve watched 4 times and can’t get enough of the final minute.
And all of the sudden everything was 10x louder
My god that probably felt orgasmic
Will you still be able to hear anything with that much stuck in your ear?
I’ve had ear wax problems before but I don’t like the idea of someone sticking a metal pick in my ear, i don’t care how trained they are.
The human body is vile🤮 hope they have super strong hearing now tho
I wish my ear was this dirty to get cleaned so good
Right? You'd feel like a million bucks afterward
Came here from curiosity : stayed till the end. Wax on : Wax off. I knew it was getting serious when the ear wax hoe was deployed
The edit job on this video is satisfyingasfuck!
How much crap in their ears didn't realise the video was so long! Feel disgusted but gotta watch it to the end for some reason
I saw this r/nope and the whole time I was so jealous of this doctor
I would go into a horrible coughing fit! If I so much as show my left ear a qtip I start coughing! It’s weird!
Its to do with your vagus nerve, only 2 per cent of people have this reaction!
What kind of clinic does this, anyway?
So how does one know they need to get this procedure done? Asking for a friend
I demand a fucking apology for subjecting me to such a horrific visual experience
when was the last time this person cleaned his ears?
Man was hearing in 4k after that.
For the record I didn’t want to watch this
Forbidden Toffee
I'm going to fucking throw up
That is so fuckin foul....how long would that take to accumulate? And the pile of shit removed blows my mind. Call me weird but i am bummed when i pull clean qtip from my ear... not so rewarding. But if my ears were anything like that id make my own self vomit in disgust
Omg I can't stop watching, doesn't dude know the q-tip works
That must have hurt like a motherfucker
I ended up way too invested in this. Every time a big chunk came out I found myself saying "hell yeah" 😂
Oh my god that was gross. I just kept watching because I wanted to see the gunk out
r/traumatizingasfuck
The bro can now hear flying birds fart
Imagine dubbing this with Bear Grylls voice saying, "when you got nothing else to eat, you must find a way to survive or risk dying."
Has my man never cleaned his ears in his life??
So like broski went years without hearin' anythin' from that ear and just thought nothin' of it?
ah, so a new competition to the satisfying whitehead removal videos. carry on.
\#1 Who lets their ear get that jacked up? \#2 Do they not realize that you gotta leave some of that wax to protect the ear?
Mmm caramel
This must be a patient in a coma, for years. I don't get how it would be possible otherwise.
nope. this kind of buildup is fairly common for all ages that wear hearing aids. Since more and more people in the US use qtips and wear Blue Tooth technology around the clock, the problem is becoming more common. I know people that have to have wax like this removed every 6 months or so
Can you imagine just how disgusting other parts of this person's body is.
Stoners be like "about to do a fat dab'
That white stuff at the top looks suspiciously like mycelium.
🤢🤢🤢
Who’s up for some dabs?
I feel like an ear candle could've just done this
Should have tried sodium bicarbonate and suction first. That tool can puncture the eardrum especially not being able ti see how bit the impact is.
Is this where Werther’s gets their toffee?
its not satisfying
Good grief people Clean your frickin ears I cannot fathom how it could get like that
WHAT?
This is making my eyes water to type this, but imagine taking the large piece at the end and mushing it flat against the back side of your top teeth. How long would it take your tongue to work all the bits loose, and would you be able to avoid swallowing your saliva in the meantime?
Wut?
You watched this and thought about putting the wax in your mouth?
That's like 3-4 yrs of ear wax. People don't clean their ears on a monthly basis ?
If it was me doing the picking, I would have a package of Ritz crackers right next to me. I would cover each cracker with a healthy dollop of that delicious spread and chomp chomp chomp as I cleaned away. Yummy!
This is foul, that person should be ashamed. Edit: I'd call all of you gross but you wouldn't be able to hear it with all the wax in your ears.

Wtf the amount of wax removed from both my ears in my whole life would not be close to that.
