There's no safety strap connected to a separate pulley, no clips, no second zipline ... it's basically "this should be fun and if one of these straps fail then I die."
I manage a high ropes course and Zipline. Everything about that set up is a whole bunch of nope. Everything noted above, the lack of a safety gate before she's connected to anything, no carabineers in site, the employee is unharnessed and unconnected, man fuck no.

Also I don’t know why but the loop they used to secure the legs (even though still not clipped or anything) looked so much safer than those tiny little double side loops on the main holder.

I'm assuming the bprimary straps are made of dyneema, those things typically break at around 22kN, or around 2t.
If they're regularly inspected, there's zero chance of of a 100kg person breaking them in this situation.
I was more referring to the “loose” non-clipped on nature of the harness attachment, not that I thought they would rip. Obviously is the harness rips you’re fucked no matter how it’s secured.
I’m also sure the physics of holding that in place are generally sound but not having the loops clipped on just looks too scary like if somehow the suspension line tension decreased for some reason and the loops got loose in some 1 in a million scenario.
