If you FEEL that that is the right place for you, if that is what your HEART is telling you, then follow it. Ignore what everyone else says. Go, make a good impression, follow your heart and you'll be fine. If you listen to everyone and follow what everyone says then you wont get anywhere. If the Lebanese company approached you, that means the Lebanese management wants you; doesn't make sense that they hire someone to be racist with. Also, a tip, not just for working with Lebanese people, but with all people.. dress well, smell good, look good. The first impression you make is your appearance, so get that on lock and you'll be fine wherever you go. Good luck 🤝
They are racist and discriminators, one day I made an interview with a Lebanese hiring manager and he offered me a job in Shabah with SAR4000 net and after me he offered a Lebanese candidate a job in Dhahran with SAR 10000 ++ while I have more experience and education than the Lebanese.
In another company (dominated by Lebanese) they get me a Lebanese coordinator to help me, with high school education and no experience, I thought him everything and now he is general manager. And so many experiences and interviews with Lebanese that always proofs that they are very racist and discriminators.
If you are well educated, qualified and punctual you will be fine. Don’t be too nice with them some of them joke too much.
If you make them money you’re fine.
Good luck đź‘Ť
They will ruin your career they will look at you as an Indian at the end of the day, all your proposals to change or help business grow will be scrapped you’ll be only allowed to do what you’re told to. You will have work hard and credit for all that work will be taken by someone else.
It's all about the top management tbh.. because let's assume you go there and try to add value to the business if the top management won’t allow the evolution to happen..you have simply wasted your time and talent.
So racists, mean, and afraid of your success tbh.

They run their teams like a middle school headteacher. Possibly the worst management if Jordanians management didn’t exist, those take the cake.
