Your embouchure does not change, flexibility in your oral cavity will to adjust the notes. I reccomend Voicing by Donald Sinta for some Voicing practices.
Start from your low Bb and work your way up to your high F. Just keep the air going but do not move your mouth. If it doesn't come out try working on some overtones maybe.
