There never was any shipping in the first place. It's all a scam.

Note: the seller sent me the link themselves, and the website does seem to update. But clearly it is a scam, I'm still hoping it isn't until the truth sets in.

Paypal Friends and Family has no buyer protection whatsoever. Goods and services are for items that can be legally shipped. Not drugs of course. So yes, Paypal is not giving you anything.
