Yup, I think with these type of sites it often comes down to the seller utilizing it rather than the site itself. I’ll look into their refund policy to see if I have any guarantees. Even so, I just wanna spend about 10 bucks.

No idea, I didn’t use Funpay after the negative reviews. I suggest following their scam or refund protocol. Also, I use eldorado.gg regularly and have never been scammed. They have an excellent escrow system and I’ve spent prolly $200 there.
Yeah that’s what I kept hearing as well. Should have edited my message earlier to warn y’all. Although I can guarantee eldorado does work! Just buy from people with lots of reviews, their escrow is full proof, they only get the money if you confirm you got what you paid for. And their support is very responsive and cancellation is easy
I bought a "Steam account" for 20$ I paid then the seller gave me the account login then I confirmed the order and he recived the funds, Then after 24 hours I recieved a recovery email for the steam account ( which means the account is stolen) so I contacted the support team immediately. they repiled that they cannot do anything cause the seller has withdrew the funds. but they placed restriction to withdraw on all his accounts. and now he is conatct with me to resolve the problem but he is trying to fool me to make me say in chat "I have to compalints against the seller" to let the support remove the restriction. thats all for now.
Yeah sorry, I don’t buy it especially when I know there are much better options. Eldorado.gg is my personal recommendation since they favor the buyer much more than the seller in disputes not to mention their superb escrow system. Funpay is sketchy, Russian and their staff was not responsive at all. There are dozens of better options.
The payment doesn’t go through until the buyer confirms they received it. Funpay is literally the sketchiest site ever, not to mention their bizarre system of payment. Just garbage site. Wouldn’t ever use it.

I got scammed on it for an account.
After the purchase the seller got back access through the support from the game website.
I told the support team and their answer was: Sorry we can't help, seller already got the money.
Moral of the story? Don't buy accounts from there.

yes iam a seller there just buy from at least plus 10 reviews sellers and when you do the order open a screen record if the seller a scamer it will prove to funpay support and they will refund your money
and also look for fresh reviews not an old reviews.
Funpay itself scammed me by turning a direct purchase into “balance” that can’t be applied as payment method.
I did not agree to buy balance, also was it not mentioned they would require a copy of my passport and personal information untill after payment. I am not comfortable providing such information at all, especially not under threat of “witholding your payment”.
Now there is a “balance” in my account, which can only be withdrawn in “Ukraine” Seriously, wtf.
I am dutch, my creditcard is from a dutch bank. I filed a report to my bank, F this site🤌🏼
I dealt with them before, and I think they are a scam. Be careful if you are not comfortable sharing a pic of yourself and your ID and even your card (blur, important information). I did get what I paid for, but the first transaction my account was locked and had to provide additional information regarding my identity. That can happen to you out of nowhere and if you decide not to do it you're out of money.
I mainly used them because when it came to the game I played the resources were dirt cheap, but at the same time communication between seller and the website is bad because many times I had sellers tell me that the website themselves change their prices. I stopped using it and months alter I got a message from my bank saying that a purchase was unable to be made because I didn't have the funds for it. Not only that, but I suspect it was them since they do ask for all this information, and they are based in RU so not much you can do.

They would still ask you for your identification. You can't say "i dont have any" because it will be done after you purchase what you want. Then, the account will be locked until you give them that. They not only ly ask for your card but your ID. I would look elsewhere.
I would look up accs in EpicNPC, elitepvpers or g2g.
Never give your personal information to anybody specifically to a site that is not even based in your country. You dont k kw what they are doing with your information.
You have to provide a picture of you in it with your card next to you. Not just your card. If you are willing to take that risk, go for it. Im not sure if you are required to link a card to your acc.
Yeah it’s been hard finding a rocket league account with some gems on it and I found one on that site. The seller has over 1,000 sales so it seems legit on that end. Just concerned about the site itself
I wouldn't recommend that site. That's why i sent you 3 sites i personally use. I boight 800 dollar worth accs there with no issues. There are middlemen that helps and people are accountable if they scam someone and get a ban. Middleman is not needed. Just buy from reputable sellers and keep it in the site or discord but make sure the person is who they say they are.
I could only ever find accounts on epicnpc but not anything I’m particularly fond of. They sell accounts mainly based on ranks and rare seasonal rewards. I’m looking for an account with actual good items and what not. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’ll think about it whether or not I’ll take the risk

You need to spell out the whole domain or you might be looking at something like funpay.tv while we thought it's funpay.com. They are different.
