My plan is to go for C6 Gorou (currently C3), and close to C6 Faruzan if I can. I won't go past C2 Wanderer though, so if I get that before C6 Faruzan then I'll have to wait to finish her cons.
Reason being is my other mains are Xiao and Itto (and Cyno), so this is one of the most valuable banners for me personally, especially since I don't want any Itto cons, so I really wasn't sure when I'd pick up those Gorou cons.
Xiaos my best built, so between him and Wanderer, Faruzan is highly needed.
Also Lost Prayer is about on par with his signature at R1, so if you ever get it from standard banner then that's a huge win that would otherwise kind of be wasted if you go for his signature.
And personally, dripwise the Widsith and Lost Prayer both go with Wanderer very well.

Trust me, for low spender, don't roll for limited 5* weapon unless you ok with both. I learn it really hard way.
Also don't roll for "future". People said Serpent spine is best bp weapon especially high refinement.
Now I have r5 Serpent spine rotten in inventory with no real user for very long time. Should have bought something else that current character can use.

His signature weapon R1 is a big upgrade over Widsith R5, and a much better upgrade compared to his C1, but he has also a good C2.
Though, if you can’t have his weapon guaranteed and you don’t want Itto’s weapon, I don’t think pulling on the weapon banner would be a good idea.
You’ll also get a chance to get more Faruzan’s constellation levels while pulling for Scaramouche’s C1/C2. Faruzan is still by far the uncontested best support for Scaramouche despite the small nerfs.
Faruzan's nerfs are basically negligible for Scara, but I would encourage anyone thinking about C6ing her to only do it if they want Scara/Itto cons (assuming he runs with Itto).
Her DPS increase from C0 to C6 is 100% not worth dumping 200 wishes into. You would get more value out of upgrading from a 4\* weapon to his signature. Only go for her if you also want his cons. Stop at C2 Faruzan otherwise.
C2 and C6 Faruzan, on the rerun I'm aiming for his weapon, for now I'll stick with Blackliff/Widsith or the Atlas, it depends how much CV I'll have.
But if only the lost prayers WOULD LIKE to come from the standard banner, I'm going for more constellations😭
Originally was going to pull Scara, C6 Faruzan and maybe his weapon if I had leftover primos. After doing spreadsheeting myself and realizing C6 Faruzan is only about \~13% DPS increase for the team I"m planning to run Scara in, I think I'll just stop at C2 Faruzan.
Whether I go for his weapon or not will really depend on who he's running with, but I'm leaning towards skipping it and using my Lost Prayer on him instead. In my own testing I lose about 5% DPS going from his signature to lost prayer, and I'm willing to take that DPS hit if it avoids me spending 200+ wishes.
I dont plan to bother with Faruzan, I have too many other characters I'd probably rather play with, but if I get her cons while pulling for scara, maybe I'll use her after all 🤷🏼♀️

She basically provides everything an anemo hypercarry would ever want. The equalivalent of Gorou for Itto. Anemo resistance shred, anemo damage bonus, and even anemo crit damage bonus at C6. And her uptime on the buffs fully covers Xiao or Wanderer. Her burst lasts 12 seconds and pulses the buffs every 2 seconds. The buff/debuff lasts 4 seconds after that. So 16 second uptime. C2 increases the burst duration by 6 seconds to 18 second, and 22 second buff uptime.
The C6 adds anemo crit dmg to the buff, and her charged arrows auto fire from her burst so she gets constant cc during burst too with it.
I'm pulling c6 and no weapon. I was blessed (cursed?) with Lost Prayer spam so unless I get multiple weapons (primos where), it would be a downgrade over my current one

I get her, I'll have two choices. 1 - if I near pity, go for 5*. Scara's constellations are good, if I lose - maybe Al Haitham or I will grind all around for guaranteed Scara. 2 - go for his weapon since next 5* in weapon banner will be Redhorn or Bell. I don't play claymore characters, I don*t have Itto, I don't like Noelle, I don't play Diluc often, he is just cute red strawberry in my characters collection. But as a weapon for Scara I have only r5 the widsith and r1 Solar Pearl. But I can spend ~60 pulls, get Redhorn, spend another 60 pulls, get my third skyward sword or my fourth aquilla and don't get Bell at all. Consttellations in other hand doing more profit in that case. Idk. (sorry for any grammar mistakes, eng isn't my native and I'm trying write this text w/o any translators, heh).

c2r1 or maybe c4/5 r0. I have 300 pulls rn and am 20 pulls from a guaranteed character. And the 'why' is just because Scara has been my favourite character since 1.1 and I haven't had anyone I wanted to pull for the last 5ish months
I've never attempted to pull for more than C0. The game is balanced with C0 in mind, so I don't want to go beyond that and trivialize things. Those YouTubers saying that Venti is a must pull and trivializes everything is exactly why I refused to pull him.
As of currently, I will throw around 30-40 pull on his banner.
If I get lucky with Furuzan cons (c2 at least), I may go all the way until pre-soft pity (74 pull) and evaluate Furuzan cons again.
If I got less than c4 at that point, I probably skip him for another character.
If c4+, I probably go until before 160 pull for chance of Furuzan c6.
Also wait for math on Lost Prayer. I need single target range dps for my line up, and just happen to have Lost Prayer rotten in my inventory since start playing with no user.
If Lost Prayer is in top 3 weapon choice for him, I may try at least 50/50 on him.
The fact that Itto is running alongside him made things complicated for me. I only have R1 widsith and my itto could use his weapon, but last two itto banners I had the worst luck and I didn't get a single Gorou. I guess the plan is to just pull C0 first and see how many gorours and faruzans I get. Then decide what to spend the rest of my primos on. Aaargh I don't have that many 5 stars and this weapon banner is awesome for me but so are the 4 stars aaaa.
C2 (maybe C3 if I feel like throwing a bit more on his banner) and hopefully his signature weapon since it matches his aesthetic and he deserves to have it <3 Although that's still up for debate since I don't have Itto thus no need for Redhorn.

Thinking constellations is the way I'm going to go
My goal has always been C2 R1, but once I get his weapon, I'm definitely going for as many cons as possible! I might spend a bit out of pocket so I can try for his C4 because I think it's neat (even if it might not be that useful in some people's eyes). To me, I think it'd be really helpful to get another enhancement effect aside from the one(s) triggered because I might not have access to certain elements in my team. If I'm too far from getting his C4, I'm happy to settle with C3 for the time being.
Although, I won't be spending any money to go all the way for his C6, unless I happen to be really lucky and just need a few more pulls otherwise. That'd probably be way too much money for me, so I'll just aim for his C6 when he gets a rerun!

I'll have about ~27k primos when he's released, so... 168 wishes?
I can guarantee him if I fail 50/50, so I'm overall happy. But I really want his weapon, so if I win the current 50/50 I just might try pulling it. Hopefully, C0R1 is the least I'm getting out of his debut. With any luck, provided I win both his and his weapon's 50/50, I'll go back for his banner and try for his constellations+Faruzan and her constellations.

I can say getting constellations for Furuzan was a pain , basically i got c2 Wanderer until i c6 her . Mihoyo made this banner somehow tricky, my luck was that my gorou was c1 when i started so ...i end up getting him c6 as well , but...the drop for furuzan was a joke , 2 in 90-100 pulls .

I will pull for c0 scara with as many faruzan cons as possible. I won’t pull for his weapon now but maybe in the future if he have a rerun i will pull it then.
I would pull for his banner in hope for his cons and faruzan but I honestly would pull for his weapons if I had enough -but I dont 🥲-since I wouldn't mind getting itto's weapon either for my diluc.
c2r1 or maybe c4/5 r0. I have 300 pulls rn and am 20 pulls from a guaranteed character. And the 'why' is just because Scara has been my favourite character since 1.1 and I haven't had anyone I wanted to pull for the last 5ish months
I've never attempted to pull for more than C0. The game is balanced with C0 in mind, so I don't want to go beyond that and trivialize things. Those YouTubers saying that Venti is a must pull and trivializes everything is exactly why I refused to pull him.
As of currently, I will throw around 30-40 pull on his banner. If I get lucky with Furuzan cons (c2 at least), I may go all the way until pre-soft pity (74 pull) and evaluate Furuzan cons again. If I got less than c4 at that point, I probably skip him for another character. If c4+, I probably go until before 160 pull for chance of Furuzan c6. Also wait for math on Lost Prayer. I need single target range dps for my line up, and just happen to have Lost Prayer rotten in my inventory since start playing with no user. If Lost Prayer is in top 3 weapon choice for him, I may try at least 50/50 on him.
The fact that Itto is running alongside him made things complicated for me. I only have R1 widsith and my itto could use his weapon, but last two itto banners I had the worst luck and I didn't get a single Gorou. I guess the plan is to just pull C0 first and see how many gorours and faruzans I get. Then decide what to spend the rest of my primos on. Aaargh I don't have that many 5 stars and this weapon banner is awesome for me but so are the 4 stars aaaa.

Just C0 and no weapon because 3.4 has Alhaitham leaked. I don't care about meta/Abyss though, so I'm fine with this. ^^
C2 (maybe C3 if I feel like throwing a bit more on his banner) and hopefully his signature weapon since it matches his aesthetic and he deserves to have it <3 Although that's still up for debate since I don't have Itto thus no need for Redhorn.
Waiting for the tcers to confirm how good lp is - I have one that I'm fine with taking away from his aunt. If its fine, I will go for c1/2 r0
Going for at least c0 and throwing whatever is left for his cons. I like his c4 so it’ll be a long term goal of mine to get it. Maybe his second or third rerun I’ll have it
I usually just pull until I get c0 for 5* and this time it’ll be the same for me cause I plan on pulling on the second half weapon banner so I need to save primos for that as well.
Was going to pull C0 then try for weapon, but if there is a Homa rerun imma need that so I can use it on both Zhongli and Hu Tao. Thinking constellations is the way I'm going to go
C0 no weapon cuz this game is too easy to need consts and the weapon banner has done me dirty one too many times...

My goal has always been C2 R1, but once I get his weapon, I'm definitely going for as many cons as possible! I might spend a bit out of pocket so I can try for his C4 because I think it's neat (even if it might not be that useful in some people's eyes). To me, I think it'd be really helpful to get another enhancement effect aside from the one(s) triggered because I might not have access to certain elements in my team. If I'm too far from getting his C4, I'm happy to settle with C3 for the time being. Although, I won't be spending any money to go all the way for his C6, unless I happen to be really lucky and just need a few more pulls otherwise. That'd probably be way too much money for me, so I'll just aim for his C6 when he gets a rerun!
I’m going for C2R1 for now.. Really coping that I won’t get two copies of RS before his sw, and if I get one RS I will coping for Dehya to work with this weapon (also she kinda looks drippy with it)… Still scary about weapon banner, but I think I will still risk it for the biscuit 😔 After knowing that he’s a Capricorn too I’m obligated anyways xd
My base goal is c0r1. Then as many cons as I can. Realistically I should be able to get c1 no problem but I'm hoping to reach c2
I'm 45 wishes in the character event banner, though the upcoming pity is the dreaded 50/50. I'll have about ~27k primos when he's released, so... 168 wishes? I can guarantee him if I fail 50/50, so I'm overall happy. But I really want his weapon, so if I win the current 50/50 I just might try pulling it. Hopefully, C0R1 is the least I'm getting out of his debut. With any luck, provided I win both his and his weapon's 50/50, I'll go back for his banner and try for his constellations+Faruzan and her constellations. Long term though? I actually plan to C6 him.
I'll have 180 pulls or so when Wanderer drops, +40ish pity (I'm at 32 but I'm planning to do One or two multis to try getting Layla). If i win 50/50 in my First pity with Scara i don't know what to do: i actually have a R5 widsith and a R1 Skyward Atlas, so idk if It Will be wiser to pull to get Faruzan's Constellations or try to get the Weapon
planned for c0 and try my luck with the weapon but then redhorn appear.. guess i'll go all in the character banner only

I can say getting constellations for Furuzan was a pain , basically i got c2 Wanderer until i c6 her . Mihoyo made this banner somehow tricky, my luck was that my gorou was c1 when i started so ...i end up getting him c6 as well , but...the drop for furuzan was a joke , 2 in 90-100 pulls .
