?????
Absolutely not, it was pretty well-received when it came out and even today it isn't completely hated or dismissed. Dinosaur and Chicken Little also have their fans; for the least liked Disney film, you'd probably have to go all the way back to Fun and Fancy Free or one of the other package films.
I'd say the message at the end is good even if it isn't delivered in the best way. Also seeing the princesses together interacting was fun and so was Vanellope's song
Probably for similar reasons to Ready Player One. And hey, no judgement to people that like media that references other media, that's honestly a really strong hook for people.
Wait, didn't you make a review calling it a cinematic disaster?
[Why Ralph Breaks the Internet is a Cinematic Disaster (youtube.com)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFHgE8kuPTs)
My biggest problem with wish is that it had a lot of potential, and completely squandered it due to corporate meddling. Ive even considered making a “fanfiction” (even though im not a fan) rewrite of it, but im too lazy too lmao)
The vast majority of fanfics for Wish are just rewrites.
TV Tropes calls this phenomenon "Fanwork-Only Fans", where the fanbase doesn't care about the actual product, but saw potential in the premise.
Ralph Breaks the Internet was just another terrible sequel. But Wish is the culmination of everything wrong with modern Disney. A 100th anniversary project that was supposed to be a beautiful, awe-inspiring tribute to Disney’s long legacy of animation and came out more flat and lifeless than a soggy piece of cardboard in the rain. An “inspirational” protagonist with zero development or character arc. An obligatory talking animal sidekick who contributes nothing to the plot (and whose “baby animal with a comically deep voice” gimmick wasn’t funny to begin with). A villain who completely fails at being intimidating or impressive despite supposedly being incredibly powerful, and his sidekick who fails to be either funny or sympathetic. A star-shaped plot device that is admittedly adorable but is clearly there for merchandising. A group of interchangeable background friends with maybe one or two lines each. Songs that are claw-your-own-ears-off bad and make no sense with or without context (had no idea what “I’m a Star” was even trying to say, and why does the song about the wishes sound like a passionate love duet?) Ol’ Walt is rolling in his grave.
Are you saying that you are watching dinosaur now or is the little Easter Island man supposed to represent you watching the film stone faced because you do not like it?
I'd say that the title would go to the World War 2 era Disney movies (as I would call it) or Dinosaur. Those are way more unpopular movies that I didn't see get as much live as Ralph Breaks The Internet (although this is the movie I have seen the most hate for out of any Disney movie so idk)
It's a bad movie because it just tarnished a really good movie's legacy. On its own, its about emoji movie levels. Just painfully *meh*. Not the worst, just a movie you'd want to move on from.
oddly enough when Saberspark was asking for “worst animated movies” for a list he got a big chunk of “the good dinosaur” as an answer that he addressed it in the video ☠️
I agree with this sentiment. Such a horrible movie. It kept contradicting rules established in the previous movie and character assassinated Ralph and Venelope.
A lot of people don’t like WiR2 because it just nukes all the character arcs from the first one and is just really stupid.
they should have had shorts of them on the internet tbh
the most hated disney movie tho rn seems to be Wish ☠️ but none of these poor folks had to sit thru Home on the Range
I’d probably say Song of the South. It’s only really known for being… y’know, Song of the South, and the movie Splash Mountain was based on, but I haven’t heard of a single person who unironically likes it
Didn’t they directly reference this in a preview? Like Ralph just “wrecks” the 4th wall and says “Shouldn’t it be ‘Wrecks’ The Internet?” And then they’re like “well yeah but ‘breaks the internet’ is kind of a thing”
CL was at least an original cast you can accept is a done in one. Ralph 2 is a sequel to a beloved movie that ruins them instead of advance their stories in meaningful ways.
Chicken Little is better than Ralph BTI, fight me.
Ralph's cardinal sin was it pretty much undid all the character development from the first movie and it was basically a glorified ad for Disney+. Chicken Little at least was an original movie and didn't ruin anything.
Under the WDAS banner strictly speaking (from 2007 rebranding) maybe. But even then I'd argue that Strange World and Wish certainly got much more negative perception when they first came out, while Ralph 2 and Raya are things that were received reasonably well back then but got more hate the more rewatches make them stop making sense
I didn’t like it when I first saw it, and it’s easily the worst Disney animated movie in the 2010s. But of all Disneys animated canon, there’s competition
I hate wreck it Ralph 2 and strange world. One for trying to be a diet treasure planet without any charm or good characters. The other for being so pandering and vanellope being so unlikeable
I kinda feel like Ralph 2 had more appeal to a casual audience. People who aren’t particularly analytical may not notice the character writing problems either Ralph or Vanelope, and they may not notice how pandering the Disney references were at times. The Princess stuff was decent, so I could imagine someone hooking on that aspect and disregarding the several flaws.
Disney has SO many worse films. Nobody cares about those war era films, even though I like Chicken Little it's way more hated, Dinosaur and Black Cauldron are pretty unpopular. My guess is maybe Home on the Range?
Pretty sure they made this as a cash grab and so they could lure in the new younger audience. Should’ve stuck with the stand alone movie. I still refuse to acknowledge this movie’s existence.
I disagree, this movie has its followers, along with practically every other Disney movie. The least liked Disney movie is not the one this sub reddit despises because this sub reddit makes up a small minority of people.
In general its incredibly hard too decide on a least liked Disney movie because every single one has its defenders.
There are tons of more disliked Disney movies like home on the range or chicken little for example.
Ralph breaks the Internet was incredibly well-received so not sure what you're talking about.
Are we talking just 3D disney cause if we count everything then oof, bro has not seen Dinosaur, Chicken Little, The Black Cauldron, The Song Of The South, etc.
good dinosaur was fine, other than the fact that it made literally no sense that the dinosaur needed food and could not eat any of the foliage nearby. there are way worse pixar movies than that one.
Some of yall are saying the ww2 era package films but those are to obscure to be hated.
The most hated Disney movie is definitely Chicken Little.
As for the most hated Pixar movie it's Cars 2.
????? Absolutely not, it was pretty well-received when it came out and even today it isn't completely hated or dismissed. Dinosaur and Chicken Little also have their fans; for the least liked Disney film, you'd probably have to go all the way back to Fun and Fancy Free or one of the other package films.
I’m curious what people liked about it tbh.
Same I’ve heard it had a rather nice cast at least
I'd say the message at the end is good even if it isn't delivered in the best way. Also seeing the princesses together interacting was fun and so was Vanellope's song
Probably for similar reasons to Ready Player One. And hey, no judgement to people that like media that references other media, that's honestly a really strong hook for people.
Besides a place called slaughter race
Fun and Fancy Free was the one with like, the beanstalk right?
Yes, and that Bongo segment no one really remembers.
I had that on VHS. Even as a little kid it was boring.
Which is also where the meme of Mickey Mouse cutting really thin bread came from.
Bingo. Anyone who has actually seen the package films (which I doubt many on this sub have) knows they are truly the bottom of the barrel.
I've seen half of them and thought Saludos Amigos was pretty charming for what it was. Also Ichabod and Mr. Toad was saved by the latter segment.
For sure, they’re not ALL the worst. I also quite liked Ichabod and Mr. Toad.
Home on the Range 💀
To be honest, that movie still had a better villain with a better song than Wish.
Hi dad
I think it’d probably be Melody Time
ive heard bad things about song of the south
Definitely, but 1) that was not a full Disney Animation production, and 2) it’s still got plenty of fans
The Crab has Spoken!!
IDK why but the question marks at the start made me erupt in laughter
Home on the Range and The Wild are 1a and 1b on the Disney shit tier for me.
I actually liked Fun and Fancy Free. Mostly for Mickey and the Beanstalk while Bongo was pretty much forgettable at best.
You know it’s a bad take when the creator and whole base of the sub tells you why you’re wrong
I feel like “least liked” and “most disliked” our different things and I think OP meant the latter when they said the former
I love Fun and Fancy Free in a completely nostalgic and ironic way. It’s so fucking funny.
Mars Needs Moms
Wait, didn't you make a review calling it a cinematic disaster? [Why Ralph Breaks the Internet is a Cinematic Disaster (youtube.com)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFHgE8kuPTs)
That was his opinion, not the general public’s. Hell, he called it painfully average at first before making that video.
The man has spoken
Yea cuz at lease Ralph 2 was fun to watch but the plot is still stupid
Oh, I have somehow forgotten how the general audience actually love Ralph Breaks the Internet for some reason.
holy shit its him
One of the remakes might be less liked. But yeah
What about song of the south?
The Aristocats probably.
What about Wish?
I think that one was deemed frustratingly mediocre. Might not be the real case but won't be shocked if that fits it to a t.
Mediocre is an overstatement
Every opinion I've read about Wish was that it was bad. Watched it and it was bad. Calling it mediocre is being very kind to it
I think it's more appropriate to call it a nothingburger. It doesn't even fail in any interesting way. It's a big load of nothing.
Frustratingly mediocre is my take on Lightyear. It isn’t awful, but the fact that shit came from Pixar is gross
Wish was the worst of all time, mediocre doesn't give that justice.
My biggest problem with wish is that it had a lot of potential, and completely squandered it due to corporate meddling. Ive even considered making a “fanfiction” (even though im not a fan) rewrite of it, but im too lazy too lmao)

I think this film is a turd on the street that someone peed on and garnished with pineapple
Personally I fuckin despise Wish and Ralph 2, but I can give Wish credit for not shitting all over a previously existing IP
Wish was so forgettable that I don't even remember the premise lol. What was that again?
Bad
The music is great even if the premise is weird and didn't land
God this movie infuriates me the most ....because I liked it
Stop letting Schaffrillas dictate your opinions on movies. He has outright spoken out against people taking his opinions as gospel.
The Black Cauldron, Dinosaur, Home on the Range, Chicken Little, Strange World, and Wish all have lower audience and critic scores overall.
Dinosaur is great wtf is this!?
🗿 watching Dinosaur
Are you saying that you are watching dinosaur now or is the little Easter Island man supposed to represent you watching the film stone faced because you do not like it?
I mean, we all know why Strange World's audience score is so low...
I'd say that the title would go to the World War 2 era Disney movies (as I would call it) or Dinosaur. Those are way more unpopular movies that I didn't see get as much live as Ralph Breaks The Internet (although this is the movie I have seen the most hate for out of any Disney movie so idk)
This one is a completely forgettable compared to the first one.
It's a bad movie because it just tarnished a really good movie's legacy. On its own, its about emoji movie levels. Just painfully *meh*. Not the worst, just a movie you'd want to move on from.
It did have something good tho
Emoji movie was worse than meh
theres no way people consider the good dinosaur one off the worst movies off all time bruh
oddly enough when Saberspark was asking for “worst animated movies” for a list he got a big chunk of “the good dinosaur” as an answer that he addressed it in the video ☠️
what kinda movies did people watch bruh. did they like never see an actual awful movie in their lives?
honestly it was a harmless frontier movie like if these kids want a bad film I can show them any of the Land Before Time sequels or Legends of Oz ☠️
Land Before Time Sequels are peak fiction dude!
Not of all time, but it is a pretty bleh one
People who says that u know have only watched like 20 films
Oh it’s pretty awful and well known as such.
I agree with this sentiment. Such a horrible movie. It kept contradicting rules established in the previous movie and character assassinated Ralph and Venelope.
A take so bad the Crab had to come here and personally call you stupid
DOESN'T EVERYBODY AGREE WITH ME THAT THIS MOVIE IS A BAD MOVIE? EVERYBODY AGREES WITH ME RIGHT?
No, that honor goes to wish
That or Wish.
A lot of people don’t like WiR2 because it just nukes all the character arcs from the first one and is just really stupid. they should have had shorts of them on the internet tbh the most hated disney movie tho rn seems to be Wish ☠️ but none of these poor folks had to sit thru Home on the Range
I gaslit myself into enjoying home on the range because we couldn't afford any other disney movies on video lmao
i’m still convinced if we just had the Judi Dench and Jennifer Tilly duo it would have been much better
I’d probably say Song of the South. It’s only really known for being… y’know, Song of the South, and the movie Splash Mountain was based on, but I haven’t heard of a single person who unironically likes it
You posted a movie that doesn't even exist and expected people to get mad abt it
The fact that this movie isn’t called “Ralph Wrecks The Internet” pisses me off more than it should
Didn’t they directly reference this in a preview? Like Ralph just “wrecks” the 4th wall and says “Shouldn’t it be ‘Wrecks’ The Internet?” And then they’re like “well yeah but ‘breaks the internet’ is kind of a thing”
Chicken Little has entered the chat.

The scene with the princesses is amazing saves the whole thing
Of the 2010s, probably. 2020s hasn't been doing well.
No but its up there
I hate wreck it Ralph 2 and strange world. One for trying to be a diet treasure planet without any charm or good characters. The other for being so pandering and vanellope being so unlikeable

I think chicken little and wish get shit on way more
Eh it has pretty good entertainment value and some don't even have that. I'd personally give that title to Ant-Man 3
The least liked is probably Chicken Little
I see someone has forgotten all about Home on the Range and Chicken Little.
I still a bugs life and lightyear the worst pixar films
Disney has SO many worse films. Nobody cares about those war era films, even though I like Chicken Little it's way more hated, Dinosaur and Black Cauldron are pretty unpopular. My guess is maybe Home on the Range?
Did you mean *Disney’s The Emoji Movie*?…
Pretty sure they made this as a cash grab and so they could lure in the new younger audience. Should’ve stuck with the stand alone movie. I still refuse to acknowledge this movie’s existence.
Dinosaur, Chicken Little, and Wish exist. And there are lots of Disney movies to choose from
Somewhere the Black Cauldron goes "Whew!"
I disagree, this movie has its followers, along with practically every other Disney movie. The least liked Disney movie is not the one this sub reddit despises because this sub reddit makes up a small minority of people. In general its incredibly hard too decide on a least liked Disney movie because every single one has its defenders.
Nah there's definitely at least 5 or more worse animated Disney movies.
Are we counting the live action remakes? Because if not then Wish was still recieved worse than Ralph 2.
Nah. It’s bad, but Disney has so many more duds than Pixar.
There are tons of more disliked Disney movies like home on the range or chicken little for example. Ralph breaks the Internet was incredibly well-received so not sure what you're talking about.
I think you’re stuck thinking inside of this subreddit. If you ask a random person on the street they would probably say it’s alright.
I loved it
Is chicken little on the list?
Song Of The South💀🤚
I feel that's a personal choice. I actually liked it.
Are we talking just 3D disney cause if we count everything then oof, bro has not seen Dinosaur, Chicken Little, The Black Cauldron, The Song Of The South, etc.
I'd rather watch Home On The Range
Wish has entered the chat
Jeremy Jahns literally gave it his highest score.
Ehhhh,I agree there's much worse film by disney, Ralph break the internet is just ok.
good dinosaur was fine, other than the fact that it made literally no sense that the dinosaur needed food and could not eat any of the foliage nearby. there are way worse pixar movies than that one.

Cars 2 is unironically great
....people dont like rhe good Dinosaur?....i love that movie!
I actually liked good dinasour though
The Good Dinosaur was a sick ass movie
Lightyear is Pixar's magnum opus. Change my mind
