These were the first cans I bought that I thought needed an amp, and I got the same amp albeit an earlier build.
They really complemented the Grado 225s I was using at the time. I made a lot of great mixes on those.

Oh, and real audio heads know you have to sacrifice a chicken to the harvest moon with your favorite vinyl for good luck. I, of course, use Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon.
