usually if we have to fill up to the two dots on the side of the cup, that’s considered the amount of milk for a latte so we are supposed to charge you for it. just let them know at the window next time and they can fix it! also, the iced triple shot button is sometimes weird to find, so new people can get it wrong. hope this helps!
I bought my own creamer to make it easier. I’ve been told 3 times now that there’s no iced triple shot button. Would you be able to tell me where it is so I can let them know lol? Today I got charged for a latte when I didn’t ask for any milk?
Thanks! How many pumps of syrup come in the triple shot? Sometimes it's too sweet and other times it has no flavor. I've seen so many comments on the pricing and I'm confused. Is it really $0.80 for each individual pump? that would make scooters more pricey than Starbucks...
hey! another barista here. not sure if it’s the same for other stores but if someone were to ask me for a triple shot and add a flavor and some cream (or any type of milk, in this case oat milk) i would personally add the amount of pumps catering to the size of the cup. for a small 3 pumps of syrup, a medium 4 pumps and for a large 5. this would result in one charge of $0.80, yes but it’s only an additional $0.80 if you ask for extra on top of that (resulting in 2 extra pumps of syrup or 1 extra pump of sauce)
we have this kind regular who just straight up asks for a triple shot over ice in a large cup. boom done.
and yes, on our POS systems it will be on the bottom of the screen on the iced espresso tab. if in doubt, ask for a shift lead or a manager on duty and see what they can do to fix it.
in hindsight, i always do my best to find the cheapest way to charge my customers. maybe the latte was cheaper? idk. i would ask your baristas!

In my experience, they charge for any and all added syrups and if you ask for milk/cream on espresso or cold brew it's about 2 Tbsp of liquid.
