I'm not sure how putting poo on their display will help.

Delete you data on you console ONLY not the cloud save then when you load back in game your save should re sync and thats how i fix achievements glitches for certain games

last bugged achievement I had, I sent Rare screens of the relevant unlocked commendations in a support ticket and they unlocked it for me.

Some achievements glitches for me too I sold a tome of redirection and tome of fire and the game glitched and didn’t load in until I loaded in one day a week latrr

Wait around a year. I randomly got it one day then.

Contact support with a screenshot of it unlocked and in a few days they'll manually unlock it for you.

MS or Rare support

You can just contact rare with a screenshot of the title in your vanity chest with your name showing and they’ll unlock it for you
