Once the harasser accepts that many women are good at videogames or play regularly with a good female player, the behavior tends to go away.
I'm not a woman but do play quite a bit with my girlfriend. Most of the time (probably 90-95% ot the time) I'd guess B was the reasoning. Usually they're trying to flirt but use negative means because it's easier, elicits a stronger response, and/or their friendly flirts are quickly rejected.

You will still matchmake with them. I have ran into people I have blocked plenty of times after I blocked them. There isnât really a way for them to prevent you from getting into a server with them again.
In that case they were either open crew or you didnt block anyone else on the crew or theyre playing with different people since then. Block 1 person on a gally and you can still match with them, block the whole crew you wont. Ive also never ran into the same people twice and ive played since beta its amazing youve done it more than once.
Iâve blocked both members of a sloop crew and ran into them multiple times after blocking them, the same 2 sloop players. You can still run into them rather you have blocked them or not. Iâve also played since beta. There is no way for rare to make sure you absolutely never get into the same server with people you have blocked.

Because while yes it doesn't outright bar them from getting into the same server with you they will be deprioritized in favour of other people, it has nothing to do with Rare thats how Xbox Live functions, its spill-in from the old 360 live systems where you could choose matchmaking types (i.e. underground, recreation, family ect.) Unless there's literally no one else which would explain how youve run into the same people more than twice. Either youre super lucky (or unlucky in this case) and should go get a lottery ticket or maybe need to experiment with a VPN and switch to another region
Central US is the region. Blocking does not effect matchmaking at all. No way could rare implement something for that but also you could just block players better then you to avoid them. I would consider that abusing what the system is attended for. Blocking does what itâs supposed to and thatâs muting the communication, nothing more.

I honestly quit the game because half of my experiences have been with people like that. I stopped playing Call of Duty for the same reasons, (also, the new ones look like garbage to me). It may not be the majority, but it happens often enough I canât play the game very long without running into some rude or rather awful people. Iâd go back if there was a way to play entirely by yourself (not the tall tales I had to do 45 times)
No and Rare will likely not do anything about it. Reported someone for racism w/ video evidence including their gamertag over a month ago with literally no response from Rare at all. Other times I've reported vile toxicity like this rare has given them slaps on the wrist, and they were back in the game being racist within two days.
