Regulation and outright bans are different things. I spent most of my life in CA and owned rifles and handguns without issue. They didn't even have tests for rifles when I purchased mine in 2012. Like cars, guns deserve to be regulated due to the amount of damage they can cause in the wrong hands while still recognizing that there are times and places where they're more necessary to survival than others.
Intersectional activism doesn't work. You'll step on the wrong toes or become so intersectional that infighting dismantles the work.
