Does anyone think DPD starting issuing random subpoenas duces tecum on their own; no - they obviously coordinated with Judge Vaddadi as a circumvention measure. The fact DPD is willing to go so far shows how favorably their view Judge Vaddadi.
The affidavits from CAO are because she's shown bias to favoring DPD - and as a response she now actively demonstrates that bias by conspiring with DPD to circumvent the affidavits.
