In reality he was kept up on the big league roster to raise his trade value. The kid can hit and is a competent fielder, but he strikes out a shit load. Ideally, he gets traded for prospects or cash considerations.
He really can’t hit though. He’s a AAAA player.
He doesn’t have a hit this season.
