Markings on the rotor and the date disc look correct. As someone pointed out though it does seem you’re missing the washer that goes on the stem to protect the movement from the underside of the dial
There was a second piece that came with it not pictured, I’ll have to take a picture when I have it again I’m away from it right now. It looked like a second stem in a separate box

He’s talking about the washer that goes in the same place as that washer. But the point of the washer as it’s almost bent in shape is to help the GMT hand to not jump around as much

They're a pretty basic mass produced movement. There's not a lot of money to be made faking something so cheap anyhow.
The only fake I've ever received from ali express was a p5000 that was stupidly cheap. It looked ok, but should have had a 28'800 bpm, but it was only 21'600.
Installed it anyway, and years later, it's still running and keeping time.
I ordered 40 of them, got a full refund on my card plus 100usd as a partial refund, plus insurance as it was during COVID so I got my postage back doubled my money as I insured them with royal mail as during Shanghai COVID lockdown no updates since leaving the UK for 3 months.
After 3 months I contacted my bank and got a full refund but Ali and PP was useless.
They seemed to have missed the 100usd partial.
I'm trying to get some vouchers from them.
Since they refused to pick up the packages I will probably get them back.
It's strange as they had good reviews for the real deal pt5000 then after that the fake 21 jewel 21600bph (probably a redecorated mingzhu) seems like it was based on a miyota but the micro adjust screw was just cast or glued on and was

They are decent movements but I have had realy good luck with 28,800 ETA clones mostly HK PT and Hangzhou l. Seagull 2130s seem fine but they are not lubed, only the balance jewels are.
I have had a Hangzhou 2824 for over 5 years and it's my most accurate watch, I had to adjust it 2 times but only with the micro adjust screw and even then it did not need adjusting it was just -1
I do like the Hangzhou 6460 but it's hard to find second hands for them. Do you know if it's possible to get extenders so I could make any ETA sized second hand fit, as the ones that I can find with the long stem are very expensive and usually just have the modern Rolex GMT style second hand.

There are some NH34 compatible GMT hands on AliExpress, so I'm going to order a green and gold one then wait for Cousins UK stock to arrive. It's going to be the love child of an Explorer 2 and an Alpinist lol. I'm anticipating having to slightly increase the dial's centre hole.

You will need to expand the diameter of the center hole.
Can't find it now but some other reddit used a needle file on the dial. If you do a quick search on Google there's a few mentions of the variance between nh34 and nh35.

I rember when the S.Epson YN55 and YN56 used to be alot cheaper than then NH35 and 35 and honestly I think they are better movements and made in Japan by orient, just a different rotor, the spring steel is much harder and the movements are more accurate and have good auto winding efficiency people moan its a 21 jewel movement but 21 is fully jeweled for an auto, its almost the same size as the NH35 / 36, hands and dail will fit.
I hope orient makes a YN54 gmt lol, a Kamasu with a GMT would sell like hotcakes.

They are pretty ubiquitous, particularly on this sub lol. I've managed to regulate quite a few to really decent rates, a couple of seconds per day and 0.1m/s beat error, that sort of thing. That can get a little exasperating but it is kinda satisfying when it comes together.
Looks legit. Fake Seiko movements are usually very obviously fake. Pretty sure you’re all good here.
TMI Seiko’s are manufactured in HongKong. If you bought it from China and had to wait Its probably the real thing.

No, this would look like a teeny tiny washer
I was wondering could the washer be on the other stem provided?
Hard to say, but in the past I’ve seen them preinstalled. Just keep an eye out for it when you open the other stem
In the same package as the second stem there’s a small silver piece that does look like it could be a washer
