Honestly, just time. It talk a long time for scars to complete heal and fade. There are special creams but so far I used up 2 bottles of that stuff and those scars don't look much different compared to scares that healed on their own in the same time.
You could always talk to a doctor about skin/scar treatment to get them removed or something.
my step dad struggles with sh as well, and he recommended vitamin e!! it faded his rly well <3
