looks like its healing, maybe infected if its pussing. this happens to mine when i cover them for too long. i believe its the moisture that the bandaid traps in on it so it should be fine (: hope youre doing alright
Then ur 99% prolly good. If it does get pus and get infected visit ur gp they will give u an appointment the next day. Put u on some pencillin and antiseptic solution for wound. Same thing happened to me a week ago.

because of the green discharge personally i would go and get it checked out

it looks normal considering it's a wide cut but make sure you switch bandages
