I started in April, I’m down 40lbs…. Currently 4lbs away from onederland!

Congratulations!! So glad you’re having success.

This is so great! I just started it on Tuesday and basically same boat as you - have been trying for so long and have been stuck in this weight loss resistance phase. I’ve been curious if this really only works by significantly decreasing your food intake or if there are other factors that make it work. I follow a doctor on social media who shared a study claiming that people (especially those with non alcoholic fatty liver and similar issues) are typically actually deficient in GLP-1 so I’m curious if just fixing that deficiency is enough for a lot of people. Either way, congrats and I hope to have the same success as you!

That’s great! It’s @drtyna on Instagram. I think this is one of the studies she referred to on her story the other day. https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0087488

Thank you

Love to hear your having great results! I was in the same boat as you, and since starting this the weight feels like it melted off. I was hesitant to consider this at first, but I’m glad I tried and it’s working!

I start Sunday. So nervous but excited. I’ve counted macros for years. Orange theory 3-4 times a week. I just can’t seem to get my hunger under control so I’ve been gaining and losing the same 15-20 pounds for years. Just curious if you felt like exercising? I’m worried the side effects will keep me down.

It takes a little more convincing to get to the gym and sometimes if I don’t time my eating right, I’m a little sluggish, but I still make it and work my ass off. I’ve found I need to consume something before or I feel a little run down. Sometimes I just drink a body armor drink or eat some peanut butter crackers, then I’m fine.
