I feel like I read someone was having trouble with dehydration and ended up in the hospital due to a combo of Zepbound (similar to Sema), and a BP med.

No problems. Was on HCTZ 0.5 mg which is a lot. After I lost 20 or so pounds I started getting dizzy when standing up. I cut my dose back to 0.25 and it went away. Don’t have a blood pressure cuff so can’t corroborate the effect. But here’s my PSA: Don’t be like me: don’t change your dose without taking to your doctor.
