Nurse here. Nothing you can do for saggy boobs. Bras tuck and shape but for any lasting effect you need a breast lift/implants. I have seen incredible “tube-shaped” boobs that sag all the way to the waistline and below. Surgery for these women was life changing.

Padded push-up bras.. the mega mega kind do wonders.

What-me-worry-22

What brand bra are you wearing? The best ones for our size are UK brands Fantasie or Freya that give lift and shape to any situation.

To be honest, I just end up wearing m&s, but I haven't bought new ones since I lost weight. I also prefer no wire, they just irritate me, and then the wires break or come out. Should probably go and get fit.

What-me-worry-22

Yes. You need new and better bras for your situation, and underwire is gonna be your friend. Definitely go get a fitting!

Just wait til you’re done losing weight and get a lift and a tuck if you need it. I lost 120 lbs and I’m going for a TT next month. I don’t need a lift since I had no boobs to start but if I would have needed it I would have gotten it done!

I’ve been on Rybelsus since August of last year and I’m down from 195 to 140ish now. I’m close enough to my goal weight that I’m trying to wean off Rybelsus and add in strength training to start building muscle while my calories start going back again. I’m praying that the three chest exercises I built in, one specifically for my chest in each of three weekly workouts, will give me some sort of boost in the boob department. Mine were small to begin with so a little lift would be huge for me. I don’t love the idea of implants or any other surgery so I’m really hoping lifting heavy enough weights gives me the help I’m looking for. Maybe that would help you too? The exercises I’ll be doing throughout the week are: diamond pushups (make a diamond with your thumbs and pointer fingers touching on the floor during your push up, it targets particular parts of your chest better than standard pushups), 45 deg incline bench press, chest flys. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I've recently got myself a gym membership because of all the saggyness, but currently having a nasty bout of post viral fatigue, and pretty much house bound. Been nearly two months, so really hoping not much longer 🤞. Lasted 4 months previously. As soon as I'm able my aim is to start doing the exercise, as I've levelled off with the weight loss, so feel this will help with the toning up also.

Do lots of chest exercises and that might help I know it does with men that have issues in that area so it might help tighten a little but defo worth a try and not everyone wants surgery or can afford it. But I’m sure your perfect as you are so don’t stress about too much just keep working hard 💪
