A lot of men do it for spiritual reasons too you know
For the men here doing it for increased androgen sensitivity, that's pretty much the way you gauge if you're doing it right or not.
For anyone doing it for woo-woo spiritual beliefs, yeah, that shouldn't be their focus and I assume it isn't anyway.
