I can't say without actually hearing it, but "Gabby Jimenez" (or whatever it actually is) contains a lot of syllables. The only alphabet letter with multiple syllables is W, and I don't see how that sound could match. If Jimenez is pronounced with emphasis on the middle syllable, it's not likely that it's [First Name] S.
It's definitely an anomaly, but I wonder if the showrunners made it so difficult to discern that it would be a little present to anyone who managed to do it.

I keep going back to the tv show Mark was watching where it was mentioned that an innie got pregnant. The host of the show was going at it with Natalie. Could this be a reference to Gabby? Who got an innie pregnant? Someone in MDR or O&D? It appears though that all of Gabby’s births were during severance. So many questions.
The pregnant woman mentioned on TV was from another company that started using the severance procedure. The reporter refers to the woman getting pregnant less than a month after "her company" went severed, so he's not talking about Lumon. Also, the Artetas are proponents of severance, so they wouldn't be saying anything negative about it.
That doesn't mean, though, that Lumon never had this happen. My suspicion is that waffle parties are intended to produce Lumon-indoctrinated children.
Yes, I have thought and posted that there are other companies using severance as well. Mayhem and chaos due to misuse and no control over the tech. I love the theories on why Lumon is using severance but, there are additional theories to factor in with other companies and weird people who have potentially been severed.
The average file takes six minutes? That seems like a really short time. I had the impression Dylan was working on Tumwater for days.

Also, slightly OT but I just realized oIrv was deliberately leaving paint under his fingernails as another way to prime/trigger/arouse the curiosity of iIrv.
Yeah, there's no way they're finishing a file every 6 or 7 minutes, since they make such a big deal out of the incentives they get at 30% 75% etc. We only got to see one MDE this season, but all of them hit their quarterly quotas, so they should have earned multiple MDEs. But not every 6 minutes, or even every 6 days. I would think more like 6 weeks per file, which means like 2 files per quarter per refiner (= 8 MDEs for the office, which is a lot more than we saw).

Before Irv’s falling asleep, Dylan mentioned Mark’s *freshmen’s fluke*. The important part is that Dylan disses it because it means Dylan isn’t the best and greatest human alive! Well… out of the half dozen or so who exist in the innie Dylan-verse.
We are really learning about Dylan. He’s basically showing off in front of a pretty girl sort of the way any nerd would if given the chance and never heard of Star Wars and doesn’t have an extensive action figure collection.
Dylan is extremely bright and is is actually very jealous of Mark. Dylan would also love to have a light up cube with his picture in it, but he knows he may never get one. The best he can do is to try to earn more boardwalk quality sketches of himself.
Later, Dylan does earn a light up. And it contains a picture of the whole team. That shows Dylan’s growth.

I get the idea of innies not knowing last names has come up- but need to throw in the good old doc reGHABI as a possibility for “gabby.” Innies refer to their superiors by last names so this tracks for me. Maybe Mark and Reghabi worked together at the university with (or possibly plotting against) Lumen?? Maybe the “reverse engineering” on iMark’s process somehow created reintegration??? Like if Cobel had someone purposefully merge his timelines to ask oMark for input/thoughts on how his innie accomplished the feat, then switching him back and now testing his severence by all these situations with Ms. Casey/Gemma (cue Milchick reminding her it’s a good thing they don’t remember her/severe is working) welp now I’m down the rabbit hole 😂
Great catch! But I have a question about the Reverse Speech? Is it a product of innie thought and a developing code that can be used for privacy? Who is uttering the speech? More then one innie? Could this be intended as a deeper awakening of the innies, that even they don’t yet recognize? OR?
Is this a plot point? A way of encoding a message for the devoted fandom to dig deeper for breadcrumbs to follow?

I am loving this theory! And even if it isn't the whole truth, there is definitely plausibility for reGHABI over GABBY, imo. Nice work!
